Sorry to anyone who has seen this elsewhere, but thought I’d share with the group!
*I didn’t do the conversion, a body shop here in Michigan bought it at auction for $2200 and sold it to a dealer. It bounced around 3-4 dealers before I found it. I paid $15k and have an additional $10k invested at this point.
1989 Ford F-800. 10,600 miles!! 6 speed manual transmission paired to a New Holland 7.8l I6 turbo diesel. 12mpg if I keep it under 65mph which is pretty easy because max is 70mph! 😂 This engine was used in New Holland combines that year! 🚜

i think i’d swap the combine engine for a 7.3 powerstroke but either way that’s pretty cool!
what’s the middle firetruck bit they kept between the cab and box?
That thing is sick!
Got any pictures of the interior? What did you add to the truck? Love the color!
Ok. Somebody has to put this thing in Snowrunner. Badass!
Looks like it’s ready to be a tailgate-mobile!
Too bad you couldn’t keep the rear box truck set up . Looks very nice .
Regardless of the quality of work (and it looks good), or how well it may drive, many many people will assume that the driver is hung like a hamster and is overly compensating.
Only thing I don’t like is the modern bed. Needs a period-specific bed
