My 03 Nissan 350z won’t start but will start when being jumped…

Every now and then it makes one crank noise then tiny ticking coming from the starter I guess I replaced the battery and it’s doing the same thing and I checked all fuses no blown fuses does anyone have any idea or suggestions for me thanks…
