The Mafia series doesn’t use real cars. This is like asking which car you saw in a GTA video. Given the contex, simple stamped fenders, and lack of a windscreen, it’s probably inspired by very early post war roadsters, possible a [Lacia](https://images.prewarcar.com/pimg/568231/2166270/1200-800-r2w/lancia-lambda-6th-series-short-chassis-1919-1930.jpg). It’s also quite small given the shotgun for scale.
