Outer tie rods installed wrong

My outer tie rods were installed 6 months ago. My car is making crazy sounds, so I took it to get looked at, and they sent me these three things in the photo needing to be fixed. I will speak to the business that put my tie rods in wrong, but I would like to know if anyone thinks these 3 issues are related? I got it inspected at that same appointment and they said everything else was perfect. I asked the shop that gave me this quote and they said “could be”, but I wanted to make sure before I go there because I know nothing about cars. <3 thank you
