It’s individual for your car so nobody can steal your rims
Make a cast and literally make a new bolt key from scratch. I think aluminium would do, or just go to the nearest steel foundry and let them make a key for you. 🙂
It is an anti-theft lug nut.
There are a limited number of patterns used by car manufacturers. Garage (Renault or Dacia) or tire stores should help you if your adapter is lost
