Seeking Advice on Modding NA Miata for Daily Use in Austria: Legalities and Best Practices?

Hello everyone! I wanna buy an NA Miata as my first car and daily driver.

Now, I’ve got a question to fellow Austrians. My plan is to bring a few things up to date, including a race steering wheel, a different shifter knob and Halo headlights. I might also do a shifter rebuild.

Is it fine to install them as long as they have an E-number and are noted in my car documents? Do I have to look for anything else? Would it be better to do all mods in one go to avoid excessive bureaucracy?
