I have an audi a4 b5. I am looking for a way to improve the cars handeling and was wandering if replacing the stabilizer rods for conventional ones(2nd picture). Would this mod make the handeling better? Currently the car is rolling/swaying into the direction of the turn its understeering.

Trade it in for an S5 or RS5 if you want better handling and a working package instead of piecing things together. Also the aftermarket support for Audi is usually pretty good.

A set of good coils to reduce body roll, KW or bilsteins

Sway bars, but definitely a rear one first. Further reduce body roll and understeer.

That’s gonna improve the majority of handling.

Final touches could be subframe, control arms, bushings. But coils and a sway bar is gonna give you 80% of what you’re asking.

I have a big turbo golf R and it sees the track. Lowering the car with a tight suspension and sway bars almost eliminated understeer, but made lift off oversteer very easy. So clipping the apex consistently isn’t impossible

If you want to reduce understeer for free, remove the from sway bar. This is pretty aggressive though, I wouldn’t necessarily recommend it. See if you can swap a bigger rear sway bar instead
