I use MyRide901. The app allows you to add any service and include details on mileage, cost, notes, and add your own images and documents/receipts. Additionally you can add notes about the service after you did it. When you sell the vehicle, you can share the timeline with other MyRide901 users or generate a PDF report of every service you did. I absolutely love this app and recommend it for anyone with more than one vehicle. It’s totally free and doesn’t have any annoying pop up ads.
No I was not paid to post this. I just hate filtering through my folders full of receipts to find the single one I’m looking for. Just thought I’d share!

I just use a Google Sheet.
No because I’m a mechanic and naturally never service my car
No. My car tells me when and what service it needs.
I use carfax maintenance or whatever it’s called. I put in whatever work i did and can see what the dealer has done
I use Google sheets. I have a page for basic info, common maintenance part numbers, and dates/mileage for upcoming maintenance, then a page to record maintenance as performed with costs and links to parts receipts/invoices and then extra pages for additional info like the factory service schedule, notes on maintenance jobs like reminders on what size hex keys I need or what size crush washers I need.
I take a photo of receipts and upload them to my drive as well then link them on the entry in the sheet for that service
Fuelio
I do my own work so I’d probably forget about the app at least 50% of the time. Seems kind of smart though, I like it.
I use car care my carfax. Pop in all services that have been done, can add receipts, etc. plus it’ll show up on your car fax.
I just track it in a spreadsheet.
No I just write it in paint pen under the hood
