So I recently got my front left upper control arm and ball joint replaced and even before that I had this loud on and off squeaking noise coming from the wheel. I was hoping fixing those parts would fix it because they were about to break but it still makes this noise. Any ideas on what it could be? It sounds like it’s coming from the wheel itself.

Wheel bearing?
Possibly the lower ball joint or the tie rod has dried up. I’ve seen it often with lower ball joints specifically. If you have a long screw driver (or stethoscope) stick it on the ball joint/tie rod stud and the other end to your ear, and have someone make the noise. You’ll quickly find where it’s loudest! If those don’t make a louder noise when checking, just keep touching different components and listening.
