That’s a Dodge Charger
OP, definitely not a charger. It’s a Volkswagen Jetta. New generation.
Few possibilities- earlier dodge charger, Chrysler 200. It does look like an American sedan from the mid to late 2010’s
Rear looks chargerish but there’s no way that side view is a charger, something is off from the tail lights as well
my money is on a 2023ish jetta
