    I would imagine that the processing of lithium and all the other elements could be done in Winnemucca as it is also located on the interstate. Easy transport out from there. But if this a water intensive process, the processing might have to be done elsewhere.

    Since when is Thacker Pass lithium news? General Motors already invested in mining in the area and Canadians are taking over the project as we speak.

    This is not a positive in my book. The sooner we move to nonlithium batteries the better.

    It seems there is a lot more lithium available than originally estimated globally. Now that it’s in high demand there seem to be huge deposits popping up all over.
