How can I fix this paint fading?

Not sure whether to just paint it myself or pay someone else to do it, or something else completely.

I’ve been watching some videos on it and it doesn’t seem that hard to do but wanted opinions on people more knowledgeable on the subject.

I just want my car to look nicer. Thanks!
