I drove over this going 55km/h in the other direction (high to low), is my car okay?

I was wondering if my car would be damaged from driving over this dip in the road, in the opposite direction. I was going approximately 55km/h when I suddenly hit this, I had no time to slow down before hitting it. The car made a hissing noise on both sides (front and back) when I drove over it. I am wondering if the suspension/shock will be okay?
