I need to tuck in the rear, is it time to take it to a custom shop?

The fronts have plates that can be adjusted enough to tuck these icky front fenders that I cut, but the rears need way more than I’m going to get with a cammed bolt or shims and I don’t want to just run flares with this angle and look like a mini-truck 😅 ’98 corolla w/BZ Touring front
