Bc Extreme Lows not low enough

I ordered a set of BC extreme lows with swift springs a couple weeks ago and just got down to installing them. I installed the front with almost no problems just having to raise it a few times since it was too low. I did the back and decided to max them out but they seem like they should be able to go lower. Anybody else running into a problem like this or know how I can go lower without messing with my preload?
