Fitment recommendations

Any recommendations on how to stop the rear bumper from popping out when I air out . I’m running 18×10.5 + 22 with 245/35/18 tires and -7 degrees of camber. I allready have the rears slightly pulled . I’m trying to get it to stay in without adding more camber
