Exterior shots of the Silverado EV W/T truck that I saw on Woodward Ave last night! I have a pre-order in for one of these but with the recently announced prices for the 350 and 400 mile variant W/T models, I will probably end up cancelling or selling my preorder to a friend. I really wish I could get a stripper truck with a big battery that was affordable.
The truck had a CTF sticker which stood for something Test Fleet. I also grabbed a pick of the rear suspension and drivetrain setup as I was curious how it was configured and while its suspected to be almost identical to Hummer EV, I figured I would try to be (hopefully) the first person to capture it. Also great to see, what I assume to be, a full size spare!
In a recent vid from TFL (not the greatest source of info) where their team saw the truck at a work truck show in Indiana, GM announced 350mile would be around $72k and 400 mile around $79k. Too much for me. Probably looking to get an Ioniq 5 Limited instead.
