So I was very curious about this car. From what I could find online, this is a Matech Ford GT1. Powered by an 1,100HP Roush Yates RY45 mated to a sequential six speed. Allegedly, the new owner of this car has secured 30 second generation GTs to be converted into this “GT1” platform. Very much hoping this story is exactly what I was witnessing right here.
